Born from first-hand experience in federal programs, tech delivery teams, and leadership coaching, Prioritised was created to fill a gap we kept seeing: too many contractors treated like transactions, and too many teams left navigating complexity without the right support.
Our recruitment arm focuses on placing high-quality digital professionals—Scrum Masters, Engineers, Testers, Product Owners, and more—into impactful roles, primarily in government. But we do it differently. We stay in touch. We care. We offer a contractor experience that’s proactive, honest, and human, so the best people choose us again and again.

Our Team.
Sam Prior is an Agile Coach, Delivery Consultant and founder of Prioritised, with experience helping government and enterprise teams improve software delivery capability within complex organisational environments.
Over the course of his career, Sam has worked across Agile coaching, Scrum mastery, delivery leadership and organisational change, with a strong focus on helping teams improve the way they learn, collaborate and deliver value.
His approach combines systems thinking, modern software delivery practices and practical organisational coaching. Rather than focusing purely on Agile process compliance, Sam works with teams and delivery leaders to strengthen areas such as:

Sam has a particular interest in the relationship between software engineering capability and organisational delivery performance. He believes the most effective teams are those that continuously improve their understanding of the systems they operate within, while focusing on the areas they can meaningfully influence and improve over time.
Alongside his consulting work, Sam has also delivered lectures and tutorials within the University of Canberra’s software engineering program, helping students develop practical understanding of software delivery and technology concepts.
